Bonding in the Bathroom!

I've been having a great time pretending to do all of the things I see grown-ups do. Dad made me my very own razor like his (but without the sharp parts) so he and I can shave together. I especially like the part where I get to put my razor underneath the running water. And just in case you were wondering...shaving cream does not taste as good as it looks!

Hi Emma and family!
I found your wonderful blog as we were searching for a diagnosis for our son, Victor. He was tested for Angelman's syndrome, however the tests came out negative. The geneticists recently found a diagnosis for Victor, which is a deletion of Chromosome 18q21, which is associated with Pitt-Hopkins syndrome. He seems to have a milder phenotype of this syndrome, as it seems like Emma has a milder phenotype of Angelman's syndrome. Actually, Emma reminds me alot of our son. Victor is 2 1/2. He is the youngest of our three children (his older sisters are 8 and 5, and are typically developing). I would be wonderful to be able to ask your advice about teaching methods or equipment/materials you have found helpful with Emma. If you have a chance, please drop me a note at the below email address. Best Wishes,

Theresa
